Update on the Qualifying Transaction: Nile and Tiles are in the process of finalizing the required financial statements for inclusion in the Qualifying Transaction Information Circular. On November 9th, 2007, Tiles From The Nile Ltd. entered into a definitive agreement with Nile Industries Ltd., a capital pool corporation on the Toronto Ventures Exchange (TSV) trading under the symbol (nle.p).
