(8) The contest winner and his/her guest are responsible for their own out of province health care insurance coverage. (9) Gratuities, meals are not included in the prize. (10) The winner will be required to answer the following mathematical skill-testing question: Step 1: 90+540 = Step 2: Take the answer from Step 1 x 13 = Step 3: Take the answer from Step 2 - 1260 = ??? (11) Prizes must be accepted as awarded and have no cash value. (12) Tiles From The Nile is not responsible for inclement weather, illness, travel problems, flight delays or any other issues that may result in the winner and their guest not being able travel. (13) Tiles From The Nile reserves the right to substitute any element of the grand prize with a comparable value replacement element. (14) By entering the contest, the entrant confirms that he/she has read and understood these contest rules and regulations. (15) By entering the contest, each entrant, and particularly the prize winner consents to the use of his/her name, city of residence, photograph, voice and/or image for any publicity and programming purposes, commercial or otherwise, in all media. (15) the prize winner agrees that they will sign a standard form releasing Tiles From The Nile, their agents and/or suppliers of service, and their respective affiliates, subsidiaries, directors, officers, employees, agents and their respective advertising and promotional agencies (collectively 'Releasees'), from any and all liability arising in connection with this contest. |
